USTA Combo Doubles is a combined rating format for men’s teams and women’s teams.Each team match consists of three individual men's or women's doubles matches.
Example of a 9.5
team:4.5 + 5.0 = 9.5
Example of an 8.5 team: 4.0 + 4.5 = 8.5
Example of a 7.5 team:3.5 + 4.0
= 7.5
Example
of a 6.5 team:3.0 + 3.5 = 6.5
Rating differential cannot exceed 1.5 in combo
formats.
